We assumed the compromise of planting the vineyards knowing beforehand the dedication that grapevine cultivation requires, that the average of life is longer than 30 years and considering that every year we have to improve our cares to the vineyard, because one bad year (frosts, illness or bad cultivation) will affect the next years.

Plant orientation with dominant winds, vine height and the number of them each square meter will let us to optimise how sunny the grapevine is, authentic generating source of good wine. We do a well cared prune balancing the number of yolks for a good bunch-leaf relationship, knowing that grapevine is a suffering plant and that every year it gives as much as it can. Is really important knowing that a bigger quantity of clusters will entail less sugar and colour concentration in the wine.

We help the grapevine with manual tasks like moving out the buds which doesn’t have grapes (despampanado), cutting the clusters with excessive grapes (green prune) and doing the rinse of the leafs together with the grape (esparrar) just to improve the sunny of the vineyard.

Ground is maintained with necessary nutrients contributing with organic manure that let the micro-organism of the ground to act, together with a constant work of the ground.

Finally, by preventive treatments, healthy quality of vineyard is controlled.

All this measures will lead in the final job, the harvest, to which we pay more attention than other jobs, controlling the optimum moment of maturation of each variety and plot. Having different varieties lets us to draw up the harvest of the product.

Finished the vintage of the wine our immediate objective begins, working for beating us in the next harvest.
